Dropshipping notice: QuestLantern operates as a dropshipping business. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights in any way.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. QuestLantern reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until QuestLantern confirms acceptance via email. We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as QuestLantern may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email or billing address provided at the time of purchase.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

- For customers outside the European Union: risk of loss and title pass to you once we transfer the product to the shipping carrier.

QuestLantern's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of QuestLantern or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc.
Note: The QuestLantern product is inspired by the Minecraft aesthetic and is not an official product of Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation. All Minecraft-related trademarks belong to their respective owners.
